Good afternoon Mr Norman.
 
We have spoken/emailed previously regarding your Application for Assessed Disclosure.
 
In the course of conducting a final check of the information you have requested, in preparation for its assessment by the General Manager as our Right To Information Officer, I have located new information in archived files. This information has not yet been considered in the process around your Application for Assessed Disclosure but is relevant to your request. The documents relate to that part of your request for information about consultancy at Launceston Aquatic Centre. These documents contain information that relates to the business affairs of third parties.
 
The purpose of this email is to respectfully ask for an extension of time so we can seek third party views as to the release of the information. Allowing for the minimum statutory timeframes around contact with third parties, we hope to be able to finalise this matter by Monday 29 February 2016. I will contact you again if on receipt of third party views, the maximum statutory timeframes may apply.
 
I apologise that this has happened. I will do all I can to expedite this matter and will wait to hear back from you. John Davis has been briefed should you wish to escalate this matter to John as my Manager.
