I have provided a DIGITALsignature on the ONline Form but if this does not satisfy your requirements in regard to verifying the submission’s authenticity please print out 2 COPIES of the form and I will come to the reception desk and sign/initial each page and retain one copy for my records.
This should be more than sufficient in regard to satisfying authenticity. Please let me know if you wish me to call in to sign/initial a HARDcopy of the form.
Likewise, If there is further information that you may require in order to process my application please let me know and I will be more than happy to provide any additional information that you may require.
