Having now had the opportunity to follow up on the agenda item I find that it does not actually include a copy of the DA form. As I understand it the exhibition copy included an unexecuted form. This version does not include the form at all.
My understanding is that the DA can only be complete if the form is included. Also, it is my understanding is that the Council's own guidelines state this.
So your referred link does not contain a faithful copy of the complete DA and against this background I now seek your further advice in regard to how I need to proceed in order to get a faithful copy of DA 0331/2015 as originally requested. I look forward to your further advice.
