Thank you for your emails and I just now have been able to read the attachment. Given that the PDF was corrupted and upopenable it has required me to seek technical support to get it to open and I thought that I should pass that information on to you for your future reference.

I look forward to the new year when it appears that the information I’m seeking will become available.
